Item Description

Now Retired By Martin & Co : Cherry Coloured Electro-acoustic guitar from Road series that features a 14-fret platform and a Dreadnought body design and is built on traditional styling and legendary Martin tone. It features an all-sapele body with non-scalloped X-bracing made of Sitka spruce wood and multi-stripe rosette. The “Performing Artist”-shaped neck is made of select hardwood Sapele and connected to the body via Mortise & Tenon joint at 14th fret. It features solid headstock with standard taper and hand rubbed finish. The fingerboard is made from FSC certified Richlite material and features 20 frets, white plastic dot inlay plus side dot inlay. Scale length is 645 mm, width of the white Corian nut is 44.45 mm. The guitar features the Fishman Sonitone electronic system; modern belly-style, drop-in-saddle bridge made from FSC certified Richlite with compensated white tusq saddle and white plastic pins; chrome enclosed gear tuners and black pickguard. This model includes sustainable wood certified parts. Cherry colour design with satin finish. Guitar comes with original hardcase with green baize for added protection.
