You can, in theory, skip a lot of the journeying in The Old Country, but you won't want to. This is a world rich in lush period detail, with stunning views around every corner. This is a world to wallow in. Movement is done on foot, by horse or in extremely vintage automobiles, while combat is the business of stiletto blades and lupara sawed-off shotguns. While turn-of-the-century Sicily is out there for you to explore, it's unburdened with the sidequesting and busywork of previous Mafia games.
