Final Fantasy VIII Remastered is an updated version of the 1999 classic JRPG game Final Fantasy VIII, developed and published by Square Enix. The remastered version of Final Fantasy VIII features updated graphics and improved gameplay mechanics, as well as additional features such as the ability to speed up gameplay and disable random encounters. The game follows the story of Squall Leonhart, a member of an elite military academy, as he embarks on a journey to save the world from a powerful sorceress.
