Your very own fitness instructor will provide encouragement during your workouts, and guide you through the poses and motions…until you master them all! Track your progress To help you achieve your targets, Fitness Boxing tracks your performance in a number of ways, like the number of punches thrown and estimated calories burned. Use your workout scores and star-ratings as a baseline to improve! Want to really tap into your results? You can enter your weight and track your BMI (body mass index) with helpful graphs, as well as view all of your performed and upcoming workouts on your calendar. Who knows? Completing certain challenges may even unlock new content… A cardio session wherever you are Simply want to work out without any goals in mind? In Free Training, you can choose how and when you want to sweat it out. Target certain body parts such as your back, chest, shoulders and legs, or engage everything in an all-body workout, wherever you are! You can also change the speed and intensity of your workout to suit your goals.
