The NUX NDD‐6 DuoTime brings the legendary stereo delay sounds of the 80's professional rack units into a compact, musician‐friendly pedal format. Drawing inspiration from iconic gear like the Lexicon Delta, TC 2290, and Eventide H3000, this dual delay engine offers five distinct delay types: Analog Delay with bucket‐brigade device technology, Tape Echo based on the RE‐201 algorithm, Digital Delay with musical compression and filtering, Modulation Delay inspired by the experimental Ibanez DML, and the innovative Verb Delay that creates three‐dimensional soundscapes. Each delay mode features unique characteristics and parameter controls that shape the sound in musical ways. The Analog and Tape modes offer realistic infinite pitch‐shift feedback when pushed to their limits, while the Digital mode incorporates non‐mathematical elements for a more organic feel. The Modulation Delay provides romantic, time‐synced modulation rates, and the Verb Delay combines parallel digital delay with plate reverb and shimmer effects for an atmospheric, sacred quality. The pedal's true stereo engine provides independent time, sub‐division, and repeat controls, with up to 1800ms delay time via tap tempo functionality. Additional features include a 40‐second stereo phrase looper, OLED status display with optional time display in milliseconds or BPM, and musical time sync modulation rates that make this one of the most versatile delay pedals available for working musicians.
