The Pre-decimals: These would be various British coins in circulation before decimalisation in 1971, featuring the effigies of George VI and Elizabeth II, such as the Threepence, Sixpence, Shilling, Florin, and Half Crown. The Emblem Series: This refers to coins (likely the £1 or possibly others) that feature a series of designs representing the constituent nations of the United Kingdom, such as the English three lions, the Scottish thistle, the Welsh leek, or the Northern Irish shamrock.
