With the Makita DHR243Z (without battery) combi hammer, you can drill through heavy material, and also carry out light demolition work, thanks to the rotation stop. With a weight of 2.8kg (without the battery), you can work for a long time without tiring your arms. The ideal drill reach for this combi hammer in concrete, is 4 to 16mm. The maximum diameter for holes in concrete is 24mm. This version doesn't include a built-in dust extraction, battery, or charger. The DHR243Z is part of the Makita LXT 18V battery platform. Already have a battery of this platform at home? Use it for this machine, so you don't have to buy a new one.
