The SP6000J1 plunge cut circular saw boasts an impressive 1300 watt motor with variable speed providing a no load speed of 2000-5800rpm, the 165mm diameter blade delivering an impressive 55mm max cutting depth capacity at 90 degrees and an equally impressive 39mm max cutting depth capacity at 45 degrees. It is equipped with electronic speed control maintaining a constant smooth speed when under load providing a cleaner finish, together with soft start feature eliminating sudden movement on start-up that may misalign the position of the rail providing splinter free cutting. It also features a bevel adjustment from -1 degree to 48 degrees, exact depth adjustment, the flat outer guard allowing for close cutting only 18mm away from the wall. The well balanced, lightweight 4.4kg design of the SP6000J1 makes transportation around the worksite easy without compromising on power, whilst the ergonomic soft grip handle provides maximum user comfort reducing fatigue on prolonged use and greater tool control. The 1.5m guide rail from Makita sits perfectly on the base of your saw to provide a smooth, accurate, and hassle free cut. The rail can also be joined to other guide rails when paired with the guide rail connector pieces.
