Item Description

Citizen started life in 1918 as the Shokosha Watch research Institue. Famous for their pocket watches, the Institue produced a commercial model, the Calibre 16 Pocket Watch. Sold under the name of Citizen in 1924, the Calibre 16 started the journey for this Japanese watch brand. The introduction of solar-powered timepieces launched Citizen to international success. By far their most important and successful launch to date, the Eco-Drive threw away conventional ideas regarding standard battery powered watches and helped develop Quartz technology to new levels. The AT collection from Citizen embodies the true essence of Japanese engineering, made with the very best of materials and designed with performance in mind, this mens Citizen AT AT4004-52E will stand the test of time. Showcasing a beautiful 41.5mm stainless steel case, robust Sapphire crystal glass, and an elegant black dial adorned with baton hour markers for enhanced legibility. Powered by a reliable Eco-Drive movement. Other features include a date and Chronograph complication, a stainless steel bracelet fastened with a deployment clasp for added security, and a water-resistance up to 200 metres.
