The GA-2100 features an octagonal case that is inspired by luxury watches, but retains the rugged and durable construction that is characteristic of G-Shock. The case is made from innovative Carbon Core Guard material, which provides high resistance to shock and vibration. This makes the GA-2100 ideal for everyday wear and extreme activities. The watch features a range of useful functions including world time, stopwatch, countdown timer, 5 alarms and calendar. The watch is also equipped with LED lighting, which ensures easy readability in dark environments. The battery-powered movement ensures accurate operation with a maximum deviation of 0.5 seconds per day, and the water resistance to 200 meters allows the watch to withstand diving.
