Epiphone Goth 1958 Explorer Pitch Black Guitar The Epiphone ‘58 Explorer has now a Gothic twist to a Gibson Kalamazoo classic. Coloured Pitch Black, the all Mahogany angular asymmetrical body was years ahead when it was first introduced. Now Epiphone have introduced their own twist to the classic Explorer guitar. With a glued in Mahogany 24.75” scale neck with a slim taper profile and 12” fingerboard radius. A pearloid XII marker on the 12 fret is a nice feature. Additional features include a pair of Alnico Classic humbucker pickups giving this guitar a fat big tone with plenty of sustain. Fitted with all black hardware this guitar looks and means business!
