Item Description

Beautiful, misunderstood, analog acid-wolf. It has a built in bass oscillator w filter & a super screechy resonance knob. Coupled with the built in distortion or 'howl' as Akai labeled it, this thing truly creates some of the squelchiest bass sounds I've ever heard. This machine is nearly perfect for acid house. If you've had the chance to use one of these, you know how good it can sound with just a small amount of work. It also has a seperate out for the synth if you wanted to run it through external effects. The drum machine itself is reminiscent of an 808, but definitely punchier, and with more bite to it. I've linked a demo of the unit itself at the bottom. Condition is nearly perfect, which is why it's listed as such.
