Active noise cancelling strongly reduces the ambient noise, so you hear less of your talking colleagues. You can also turn on Ambient Control. This function lets you hear both your music and your surroundings. The earbuds are water-resistant and can handle sweat and rain thanks to the IPX57 certification, so you can use them during your workout without any issues.
