These new ‘MkII’ versions offer not only tweaked aesthetics but also new functionality, and sounds that bring these amps bang up to date.Three-way guitar EQ systems are the standard for most amps, or tone stack (a.k.a. Bass, Middle and Treble), is a key to the characteristic "voice" of traditional guitar amplifiers. Classic amplifier designs have their own versions of this settings which leads to their own unique tonal voicings. The ISF control allows you to infinitely shape the response of the tone control network between any of the traditional voicings in a way that has never been possible before. This method means you can design your own sound and truly achieve 'the sound in your head'.
