The 2019 "World's First" Pure Silver Sovereign Five-Coin Proof Set, issued by The London Mint Office, is a historic collection featuring five coins struck in .999 pure silver to proof quality. This set broke tradition by minting the sovereign—typically 22-carat gold—in pure silver for the first time. It features a re-imagined St. George and the Dragon design by Angela Pistrucci.
