Shipping policy
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or locations outside the United Kingdom.
Some remote areas (including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands) may be subject to extended delivery times.
Dispatch Times
We shall aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days once payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be considered to have been received on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, high seasonal demand or other factors beyond our control.
Couriers & Tracking
We use reputable third-party courier services to deliver our orders.
Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes are subject to the courier’s service standards.
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery where possible. For higher-value items, a signature may be required.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:
- Leave the parcel in a designated safe place (where permitted)
- Attempt re-delivery
- Hold the parcel at a local depot for collection
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels left in a safe place at the customer’s request.
Missed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our Customer Services team with your order number so we can investigate with the courier.

Damaged or Missing Items
All items are carefully packaged prior to dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of any damage or packaging
This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
