Item Description

The Boss Katana-100/212 Gen 3 is a powerful 100-watt Class AB guitar combo amplifier. This specific model is equipped with two custom 12-inch speakers, delivering a rich, room-filling sound that is ideal for live stages, rehearsals, and studio recording. Building on the massive success of previous generations, the Gen 3 lineup introduces evolved Tube Logic technology for an even more authentic tube-like response, feel, and touch-sensitive dynamic range. Core Specifications & Features • 12 Distinct Voices: Features 6 unique amplifier characters (including a brand-new "Pushed" edge-of-breakup voice) with a selectable variation for each. • Built-in Boss Effects: 5 independent, simultaneous effects sections (Booster, Mod, FX, Delay, and Reverb) with access to 60 customizable effect types via the updated Boss Tone Studio app. • Integrated Power Control: Lets you drop the wattage down (Standby, 0.5W, Half, Max) to get authentic cranked-amp saturation at safe bedroom volumes. • Expanded Connectivity: Features USB-C for direct recording, an effects loop, line output, stereo expand functionality, and support for advanced GA-FC/GA-FC EX foot controllers.
