The brainchild of Lyndon Laney, the first Laney amplifier was build by Lyndon when he was a bass player in Robert Plants Band of Joy. After the release of Black Sabbaths debut album in 1970 and Toni Iommis use of the LA100BL, the demand for Laney Amplification increased dramatically and put Laney on the Rock N Roll map.
