Item Description

The SE Electronics SE4100 is a large-diaphragm condenser microphone designed for professional audio recordings. This microphone features the same capsule and sound characteristics as the SE4400 model, but with a fixed cardioid pattern that allows for focused recording from the front while effectively suppressing sound from the rear and sides. The microphone is finished with a durable black surface and includes essential accessories for immediate use. The package includes a shock mount that isolates the microphone from mechanical vibrations and handling noise, as well as a protective carrying case for safe storage and transport. The SE4100 operates as a condenser microphone and requires phantom power, typically 48V, from a compatible audio interface, mixer, or preamp. Its large diaphragm design makes this microphone particularly suitable for capturing detailed vocal performances, acoustic instruments, and studio recordings where precise sound reproduction is crucial.
