Item Description

Thunderbirds Alan Tracy Talking Action Figure — Vivid Imaginations / Carlton, 1999 Alan Tracy from the Soundtech talking figure range made by Vivid Imaginations under licence from Carlton in 1999. Box reference 58230, assortment 58210, barcode 5025123582306. The box has never been opened. The glue on the top flap has let go, so the flap is loose. I have left it as it is rather than glue it back down. You can see it in the photographs. According to the box, the figure says five phrases at the press of a button: "We're on our way", "FAB", "Thunderbirds are go!", "Thunderbird 3 to base" and "Calling International Rescue". It comes with the Astro Tanks, Face Mask and Pistol, still in place on the tray. The talking feature has not been tested. The figure is still in its box and I have not pressed the try-me button. The box says it was supplied with three LR44 button cells "for demonstration purpose only". Those cells are from 1999, so they may be flat or may have leaked. Please buy it as an unopened, boxed collectable, not as a working toy.
