The Epiphone Les Paul Special II is an affordable, beginner-friendly electric guitar with a Les Paul-style body, typically made of mahogany, and a bolt-on mahogany neck. It features dual open-coil humbucker pickups (Epiphone 650R and 700T), a 3-way selector switch, master volume and tone controls, and a LockTone Tune-o-matic bridge and stopbar tailpiece. While great for beginners, experienced players also use it as a budget-friendly workhorse.  Body and neck Body: Mahogany with a Les Paul shape.Neck: Mahogany with a SlimTaper D or C profile for comfort.Fingerboard: 22 medium frets with dot inlays on a laurel or rosewood fingerboard.
