The Gibson Custom 1959 Les Paul Standard Reissue Ultra heavy Aging in Factory Burst is a finely crafted take on the most iconic electric guitar of all time. Built with a one-piece mahogany back and two-piece figured maple top joined with hide glue, it captures the resonance, sustain, and punch that defined the golden era. The Murphy Lab Ultra Light Aged finish and lightly aged nickel hardware lend just the right touch of vintage character, simulating decades of gentle play wear without going overboard. From the feel in the hands to the look under stage lights, this guitar channels true late-50s mojo. Its 50s Rounded Medium C neck carve offers a comfortable yet substantial grip, paired with an Indian rosewood fingerboard and historic medium-jumbo frets for smooth bends and expressive vibrato. A pair of Custombucker Alnico 3 pickups bring out the legendary PAF-style tone, from woody cleans to snarling overdrive, all controlled with period-correct wiring and paper-in-oil capacitors.
