Item Description

The new DGA900 Twin 18V Cordless Angle Grinder is part of the Makita LXT Li-ion range. It features two 18V batteries that provide enough power for the machine to cut through stone with ease. The machine has an M14 spindle and will accept any standard 22.22mm angle grinder blade. It has a single speed of 6,000rpm which is suitable for cutting most materials with a 230mm diameter size blade. It features many safety benefits. It has Active Feedback Sensing Technology (AFT) which means the machine will shut down if the rotation speed drops. Other safety features include soft start, automatic speed change depending on the load and anti-restart function meaning the controls of the machine need to be switched off then back on if the electricity supply fails. In addition, the vibration levels are low for a machine of this size and power. This machine is supplied with a carry case in either body only or with 2 x 5.0Ah Li-ion batteries and a twin port charger.
