The Akai Professional MPC Sample Standalone Sequencer is a portable beat-making solution for producers who want classic MPC workflow in a compact, modern format. The MPC Sample incorporates nearly four decades of sampling heritage into a standalone unit designed for fast, hands-on creation. With an onboard sequencer, built-in speaker, internal microphone and rechargeable lithium-ion battery; you can record, edit and perform without a computer or DAW. The 16 RGB backlit MPC pads with velocity sensitivity and poly aftertouch give you the responsive feel the range is known for. A 2.4 inch full-colour display supports high-resolution waveform editing, while three real-time control knobs and the legacy MPC parameter slider keep performance tactile. Instant Chop Mode, real-time timestretch and repitch, and internal resampling with effects make shaping samples direct and intuitive. With over 100 factory kits, microSD storage expansion, USB-C smart device sampling, and comprehensive stereo, MIDI, and sync connectivity, MPC Sample fits easily into both mobile and studio-based setups.
