Item Description

The Ashdown AA-100-R is a 100w acoustic guitar combo that follows in the footsteps of some of the great acoustic acoustic amps ever made, whilst featuring a selection of welcome modern appointments that contemporary acoustic performers will truly appreciate. The AA-100-R is constructed using high quality plywood that is covered in Tolex vinyl. The four, UK made, 5 inch Celestion speakers sit within the cabinet in a 2 up, 2 down configuration, with the upper two speakers tilted upwards for better on stage monitoring. The easily accessible front panel host the 2-channels. Channel 1 is designed for your acoustic with Gain, Bass and Treble controls, whilst Channel 2 is for Mic/Vocals, featuring an XLR input with Phantom Power and Gain. The Reverb controls give you access to the switch off the effect on each channel indepenently, with a seperate control for sensitivity. In addition there is a 16-position rotary at the far right allowing for a handy selection of preset reverb types. Finally there is a Notch filter and 5-band Master EQ. The rear of the unit host an array of professional outputs for use with external effects, connecting to larger PAs and more. Added versatility comes courtesy of the Bluetooth connectivity allowing audio to be streamed wirelessly, great for practicing or just for listening to music via the 4-speaker system.
