Item Description

Easy telezoom with USM The lightest 4x telephoto zoom lens in its class. It is ideal for sports, portrait and animal photography. This telephoto lens compresses the perspective and enables the targeted use of attractive background blur. With a focal length of 300 mm, the image section can be filled in with a postcard from a distance of 1.5 metres. Fully electronic lens bayonet The internal AF motor ensures a fast AF response. The electromagnetic iris diaphragm of the lens can be adjusted extremely precisely. Super Spectra coating The Super Spectra coating provides excellent colour balance and enhanced contrast. It also minimizes glare and stray light - a common problem caused by light being reflected from the camera's sensor. ultrasonic focusing An ultrasonic motor ensures very fast and extremely quiet focusing. Excellent holding torque prevents inaccuracies.
