Item Description

Drivetrain: 24-Speed Shimano Tourney TX configuration utilizing a 3x8 layout (triple chainset up front paired with an 8-speed rear cassette). It offers smaller, granular gear steps across hilly city routes. Frame & Fork: Built using a lightweight, rugged 6061 Aluminium alloy frame matched with a rigid hi-tensile steel fork. The rigid fork eliminates weight and flex, optimizing power transfer when pedalling on tarmac. Braking System: Outfitted with dependable Tektro Aries mechanical disc brakes (160mm rotors front and back), delivering direct mechanical stopping leverage even during heavy rain. Wheels & Tyres: Hard-wearing Carrera double-walled alloy rims equipped with wide, high-volume urban tyres (typically Kenda Komfort or Schwalbe Big Ben in a 27.5" x 1.95" or 2.0" profile), prioritizing puncture resistance and shock absorption. Chassis Utility: Features complete drilled eyelet mounts across the rear stays and front dropouts to seamlessly bolt on full-length mudguards and a cargo pannier rack.
