Refurbished

Grade A - Very Good. The item will show only very slight signs of use.

Grade B - Good. The item will show small signs of wear including small scratches.

Grade C - Acceptable. The item will show signs of extended use including scratches, dents and scuffs.

Pre-Owned

Grade A - Like New. The item looks unused and in perfect condition to the naked eye from 12 inches.

Grade C - Good. The item shows wear from use but remains in good condition. This may include small scratches.
