Item Description

The Panasonic Lunix DMC-TZ70 is a super-compact long zoom camera ideal for travel use. Its small dimensions and intuitive operation strike a suitable balance between portability and control. Its 30x Leica Vario-Elmar zoom lens has both an impressive wide angle (24mm equivalent) capability and super-long (720mm equivalent) maximum telephoto setting, With Hybrid O. I.S. 5-axis image stabilisation you will still obtain clear images, even at full zoom. Lovers of close-up photography will also appreciate the 3cm macro capability. The image sensor is a High Sensitivity MOS design that performs excellently in low light and there is "Light Speed Auto Focus" and 10fps high speed burst shooting for great action shots. It's not just a convenient camera either, as there are intuitive controls such as the Control Ring for exposure, zoom and focus settings, leaving your other hand free to take care of shutter duties. The TZ-70 also lets you regain control of depth of field thanks to the Focus Peaking feature that indicates how much of your image area is focused. For post-production editing, there is the option of shooting in RAW format, preserving all of the original image data. As a movie camera, the TZ70 can record Full 1920x1080p HD video and also has an option to record frame rates of up to 200fps at reduced resolution. Video features also include a pre-progreammable time lapse function.
