Item Description

Samyang 8mm T/3.8 UMC CS II is a sophisticated fisheye wide angle lens designed for digital SLR cameras with APS-C sensor. Its optics comprises 10 lens elements arranged in 7 groups. The optical parameters of the product are of high quality, thanks to the hybrid aspherical element and several layers of UMC anti-reflective coating. The lens provides a diagonal field of view of 180 degrees, while the minimum focus distance is only 0.3 m. The lens is equipped with a removable sun visor. This Samyang Fish Eye is very popular with video enthusiasts. All users value the quality of the image it provides, its perfected construction and sturdy body. The aspherical hybrid lens provides excellent high-contrast images even at maximum aperture (both in the centre and edges). Multiple layers of anti-reflective UMC coating reduce glare and ghosting effects, making images sharp and clear. The focus ring and aperture ring are smooth and quiet, ideal for video shooting.
