The Sennheiser EW 500 G3 True Diversity Receiver (EM 500 G3) is a professional-grade wireless receiver designed for live sound, broadcasting, and stage use. Part of Sennheiser’s Evolution G3 series, it delivers reliable UHF transmission with advanced interference resistance and high-quality audio performance. Featuring true diversity reception, the system uses dual antennas to maintain a stable signal and minimise dropouts—ideal for demanding environments such as live events and touring setups. It offers a wide 42 MHz bandwidth with up to 1680 tunable UHF frequencies, allowing flexible frequency management in crowded RF environments. The receiver includes a rack-mountable metal housing, a clear illuminated display, and Ethernet connectivity for remote control via Sennheiser’s Wireless Systems Manager software. It also supports one-touch infrared sync with compatible G3 transmitters for quick and easy setup.
