Item Description

Silent Hill 2 is a 2001 psychological survival horror video game developed by Team Silent and published by Konami for the PlayStation 2. • The Protagonist: You play as James Sunderland, a grieving widower who travels to the fog-shrouded town of Silent Hill. • The Catalyst: James receives a mysterious letter from his wife, Mary—who died of an illness three years prior—asking him to meet her at their "special place". • The Town: Upon arrival, James finds the town largely deserted, blanketed in a dense, suffocating fog, and crawling with grotesque, symbolic monsters. • New Faces: He encounters other troubled characters, including Maria (a woman with an uncanny resemblance to his late wife) and a young girl named Laura. • Themes: The narrative explores deep psychological concepts including grief, guilt, denial, and repressed memory
