In good working condition, It has got some scratches to the strap and back of face. The face of the watch does have some little light scratches to it. This item doesn't come with a cushion and also doesn't include the stand that is being used in the pictures. There is nothing affecting the way this item works. It comes with a box, instructions and spare links.
