Blackstar HT-Metal Pure Valve Filth Pedal Product Description The Blackstar HT-Metal Pure Valve Filth is a two-channel, ultra-high gain distortion pedal powered by a real 300V high-voltage valve circuit. Equipped with an ECC83 / 12AX7 preamp tube and cascaded gain stages, the HT-Metal delivers authentic tube amp saturation, dynamic compression, and rich harmonic response. Designed to convert any single-channel amplifier into a multi-channel metal setup, the HT-Metal features two foot-switchable channels. Channel 1 includes a dedicated Clean/Overdrive mode switch, taking you from a pristine clean boost to dynamic mid-gain crunch. Channel 2 pushes the circuit into extreme, high-gain lead distortion for razor-sharp riffs and singing sustain. The tone stack includes a 3-band EQ alongside Blackstar's patented ISF (Infinite Shape Feature), allowing you to sweep seamlessly between tight, scooped American high-gain tones and warm, aggressive British response. Built-in speaker-emulated output makes it equally suited for direct studio recording or running straight into a PA system.
