Eastman E10D-TC Thermo-Cured Acoustic Guitar The Eastman E10D-TC captures the iconic power, punch, and headroom of a golden-era acoustic dreadnought without requiring decades of age to get there. Built with hand-crafted traditional luthiery, it pairs solid mahogany back and sides with a Thermo-Cured (torrefied) Solid Adirondack Spruce top. The torrefaction process bakes out moisture and resins, yielding an instrument that responds with the openness, resonance, and broken-in warmth of a vintage 1930s workhorse right out of the case. Key Features & Highlights Thermo-Cured Adirondack Top: Known as the premier soundboard wood for dreadnoughts, Adirondack spruce offers massive headroom and projection. Torrefying the top enhances clarity, sustain, and vintage tonal depth. Solid Mahogany Back & Sides: Delivers clear, focused midrange response with dry warmth and crisp articulation—perfect for flatpicking, bluegrass, and heavy strumming. Hand-Carved Scalloped X-Bracing: Maximizes soundboard vibration and low-end rumble while maintaining balance across all six strings. Traditional Craftsmanship: Features an ebony fingerboard and bridge, bone nut and saddle, nitrocellulose lacquer finish, and open-gear PingWell tuners for classic aesthetic appeal.
