Item Description

Makita DHR242 SDS Plus Hammer Drill has an efficient brushless DC motor that provides higher productivity. It has a slide chuck for quick and easy SDS Plus bit changes. It offers 3 modes of operation Rotary drilling, Hammer drilling or Chiseling. The tool body is separated into the upper and lower housings at the foot of the handle portion where the houses are jointed with vibration absorbing cushion rubbers. This unique joint construction suppresses the transmission of vibration to the battery terminals, minimising battery failures such as terminal breakage or poor electrical contact.
